Administrative and Accounting Position -
We are looking for a reliable, detail oriented, and organized individual to handle administrative responsibilities. These duties would include accounts receivables, accounts payables, communicating with customers regarding billing and administrative issues, pursuing collection actions, auditing customer and vendor accounts, establishing any necessary procedures and resources for the completion of tasks, updating and maintaining customer databases, and any additional responsibilities as the department and company requires. This position requires a very attentive and driven individual capable of handling all tasks and responsibilities with minimal mistakes or assistance. Excellent communication, documentation and basic computer skills are necessary, but no specific education or experience is required.
These positions all require very driven and motivated individuals willing and capable of learning whatever skills are necessary to progress in the positions.
